Click Modular Homes offers customers a perfect marriage of contemporary designs in a quality constructed new home for your family, laneway house, guest accommodation, raw land, islands and even water-access only lots.
Click homes are fixed price, which protects you against budget gotchas and costly mid-construction changes.
We box ship your home when your foundation is ready, meaning it arrives in an assembled form complete with cabinets, floors, fixtures, and doors. Installation on the foundation takes less than one day. Once anchored and sealed against the weather, it will take approximately 5–10 days to complete the process with your service connections, interior transitions, and touch-ups. Before you know it, you are making dinner.
