"An amazing experience and gorgeous home"

"We have been in our Click house now for five months and we love it. In just over 900 square feet we have a kitchen-living room area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office. The kitchen cupboards are generous and the closet space more than adequate. I particularly like the front entrance hall and the side entrance opens onto a spacious, wrap-around deck.

The windows and fittings are elegant, as are the doors – something that visitors always notice. The light fixtures and door handles are good quality. Painting was well done. The transom windows add to the feeling of airiness that we very much appreciate. There is enough space for us each to have our own quiet moments. We very much like the pocket door between the hall and my office. The floors are just great.

We were able to see the construction of our house while it was in the factory and witnessed the delivery and finishing stages on our lot as work progressed. When we had questions about the process Click was always quick to respond.

We needed a home that could be constructed and ready for us in a relatively short time. We also needed to know that the final cost of the house would be within our budget."

"Click made our first house a home" 

We purchased a Click home in 2016; one that was a part of the little community The Gardens in Gibsons. We loved the idea of having a smaller home but still feel a part of a community. 

The houses are beautiful and uniquely designed with open space and many windows which make the house look even bigger. 

Since being shown the first built house and putting down our deposit to moving in and far beyond, Click has been very good at communicating with us regarding updates and follow ups. They went above and beyond for us to sort out our moving in date and we are grateful for their flexibility in helping us out. We defiantly won’t hesitate recommending Click and the team to everyone.

"I was the first person in The Gardens at Aurora and my Grantham was everything I had expected and hoped to see in a detached duplex. 

Interestingly enough this is my second Click home, so I guess you could say I am a big supporter of modular homes from this manufacturer.
