Each duplex is beautifully situated on each of four lovely, 1/2-acre lots. The larger lot means more space for each home, and the 40' custom steel and wood carport that separates the two homes ensures privacy and more distance than you will find in any other style of duplex on the market.


Click Modular Homes is very excited to announce that Chapman Creek Holdings has selected our homes for their Phase III at The Big Maples starting in 2018.

The Big Maples is a 55+ community of both mobile and factory homes; however, the owners wanted something different. A new form and character to match the setting and for customers looking to be part of something unique.


West Coast contemporary modular homes in a pad rental format. The customer will purchase their Click Home, which can be removed from the foundation and taken away any time they want, and will pay a modest pad rental fee.

The Phase II duplexes are based on a larger format, but still and still affordable, Seaview model. We are not adding the Seaview to our catalog at this time.
