BIG MAPLE PARK

Click Modular Homes is very excited to announce that Chapman Creek Holdings has selected our homes for their Phase III at The Big Maples starting in 2018.


This is a brand new solution for a familiar format. The Big Maples is a 55+ community of both mobile and factory homes, however the ownership wanted something different. A new form and character to match the setting and customers looking to build something unique.

 

West Coast contemporary modular homes on a pad rental format. Customer will purchase their Click Home, which can be removed from the foundation and taken away any time they want, and will pay a modest pad rental fee.

THE GARDENS - PHASE I

The Phase II duplexes are based on a larger format, but still and still affordable, Seaview model. We are not adding the Seaview to our catalog at this time.
