Our inaugural Landing home. It is the A277 version of this model.  This is why the home is being installed on an engineered perimeter foundation, though engineered piers and screw pile type foundations can be used.

The Landing is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom gem that has a full-size kitchen and comfy living space combined in an open plan theme.         

This was taken at our production facility a month or so before shipping. We will get an updated one here that shows the home complete with all fixtures and appliances in place once completed. As a side note this Step Code 3 compliant home is shipped to you 100% complete except appliances to anywhere in the world!

Our Landing model, with its 9' ceilings, full-size modern kitchen, comfortable living room space, is a well-built home for singles and couples. At 574 s.f., it also fits nicely into most municipal bylaw requirements as a Coach or Laneway housing solution for your single-family property.

 

The 'Drop-on-the-Spot' simplicity of installation makes the Landing an excellent option for recreational properties as an off-grid starter cabin or guest cottage. The landing meets both the CSA Z240 and CSA A277 standards.
