HAYLEY - PROJECT MANAGER
I joined the family business after several years working in the city, where I gained experience in both interior design and the service industry. However, it's my time in fine dining establishments that I credit most for shaping my work ethic, communication skills, and ability to build strong client relationships. I respect your time, your investment, and your vision. I believe the foundation of a successful working relationship is built on clear communication and a shared understanding of the end goal. This is your project—my role is to ensure it's delivered on time and with the quality it deserves.
BARRY - CONSULTANT
Barry founded Click Modular after 25 years of building custom timber frame homes on the Sunshine Coast. Once Click Modular was firmly established and thriving under capable leadership, Barry stepped back from day-to-day operations. However, his passion for land design and architecture continues to guide his work as he consults on the final siting of homes—a stage where his creativity truly shines.
With a deep understanding of terrain and spatial planning, Barry ensures each site is used to its fullest potential. He plays a vital role in assessing land, advising on placement, foundation, and overall design. His decades of experience remain an invaluable asset, contributing to both the success and beauty of every project.

Our team creates a detailed site estimate tailored specifically to your property and vision. From there, we carefully track progress to ensure the project stays aligned with your expectations—on time and on budget.

OUR SERVICES
Project Management
We charge a project management fee based on the months we're actively involved on-site, rather than per visit. This approach allows us to stay fully engaged in your project's success without limiting support to meeting-based fee constraints. Our goal is to ensure the best possible outcome—for both you and the project—by maintaining flexibility and consistent oversight throughout the process.
Cost Tracking
Working closely with our office team, we provide monthly updates on costs incurred. Since our approach is estimate-based, we believe it's essential to communicate any expense changes as they arise. This ensures necessary decisions are made collaboratively, allowing us to adjust the plan together and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Weekly Updates
We provide weekly project progress updates and maintain open communication throughout the week via text, phone, and email to ensure we remain aligned at every stage of the process.
