In response the tremendous success of Phase I we developed 3 more lots and added a second Phase of homes at The Gardens. The project completed in late 2018. We took the same approach to a single lot strata solution of low impact, high-quality, semi-attached modern duplex homes. The Phase II duplexes are based on a larger format, but still and still affordable, Seaview model. We are not adding the Seaview to our catalog at this time.
